NVT Star Rewards is a premium loyalty program that gives back to our customers in any area of the Tavern. EARN points or SPEND points on purchases within the Restaurant, the Sports Bar, Retail Outlets and Gaming.
The REWARDS program is a six level tier system offering special benefits. The more points you earn when you use your card to purchase goods and services, the higher the level you achieve. Rewards are offered to members based on the level they are in. Tier levels are determined on the number of points EARNED in a rolling 6 month period.
Members enjoy the benefits of food discounts, beverage discounts, regular members draws and major prize draws. Our Star Rewards Program rewards customers all day, everyday.
The Tavern is definitely the place to be to EAT, DRINK, PLAY and be REWARDED.

Changes to loyalty Rewards as of 16th July 2025!
Track Your Progress! Check your current reward level and see how close you are to the next one right at the kiosk!
Level Up Instantly! As soon as you reach a new reward level, you’ll be upgraded automatically. No delays, no manual steps.
What Are Status Credits? Status credits (shown on kiosks and pathways) are the points you’ve earned that determine your reward level. They’re used to move you up or down through the tiers.
Bonus Points vs. Status Credits! Using your member bonus points won’t affect your status credit level. Status credits aren’t spendable, they’re just for tracking your tier progress.
Quarterly Demotion Reviews! Reward levels are reviewed every quarter on the 1st of January, April, July and October. If needed, levels will be adjusted based on your status credits.
Reward Points Expiry
Starting January 1st, 2026, any reward points not used within 12 months of earning them will automatically expire on the 1st of each month. When you redeem points, the system will always use your oldest points first. Please note: we’re unable to provide specific expiry dates as the system handles this automatically. The best way to keep your points active is to use them regularly. If you’re redeeming often, you won’t need to worry about them expiring! The Narangba Valley Tavern Star Rewards Membership may be changed, amended or varied at any time without giving reason of notice. The Narangba Valley Tavern may give notice of changes or amendments by publishing a notice on the Narangba Valley Tavern website and/or social media accounts.
